ORDERS & PAYMENTS


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Amazon Payments and PayPal.

Do I need an ENDPAIN account to place an order?

No, you do not need an ENDPAIN account to place an order. However, we recommend creating an account for ease of ordering and to view your history.

How do I order an item that is out of stock?

Due to the nature of our artisan products, sometimes, we run out of stock! If you wish to see an item return to our shop, please reach out to us at shop@endpain.com and we’ll be happy to consider restocking it!

How do I change or cancel an order?

Please note that we may not be able to cancel or change an order once it has been placed.

Once an order has been confirmed, it will be processed immediately. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please email us immediately at shop@endpain.com. Because we ship promptly, it may not be possible to cancel an order, though your order will still be eligible for a return according to our return policy.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

At this time, we do not offer gift wrap services. If this is something you would like, please send us a note at shop@endpain.com and we will consider adding it in the future!

Can I include a note with my order?

Upon checkout you are given the option to add a note to your package. This will be included in the box.

 

SHIPPING

When can I expect my order to ship?

We understand that receiving your package quickly is important to you, and we will do everything we can to get your order out as soon as possible. We are a small but mighty team, and our orders take up to 2 – 3 business days to process and ship out of our offices.

Should you need your order quickly, we offer expedited shipping options. You can select your shipping option upon check out. Please add the processing time to the overall expected delivery date of your items. Please note that all shipping times are estimated and apply only to deliveries made in the contiguous United States. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays.

Where are you shipping from?

All items are lovingly packaged in southern California, U.S.A. from a small office out of the Ventura County area.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, and we love our international customers! International Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the county, and shipping time estimates are not guaranteed. Further, there may be limitations on delivery within certain areas and countries throughout the world.

Recipients of international orders are responsible for all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery. These fees are not included in any shipping option.

Please note that customs may hold packages, which is out of our control. Once an order is given to the mail carrier, the item becomes the carrier’s responsibility. ENDPAIN is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination outside of the United States.

RETURNS

What is the return policy?

We are committed to your satisfaction and will always handle you with care. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, ENDPAIN will make every effort to find you a perfect replacement or assist with a return. We accept returns on unused items in their original condition returned within fourteen days of the date of package delivery.

If you choose to return an item, you are responsible for shipping costs. Any items returned to us damaged will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges. To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@endpain.com.

What do I do if my order arrived damaged or is incorrect?

If an item arrives damaged or is the wrong item, please notify us immediately so we can rectify the situation. You can contact us at shop@endpain.com and we will arrange for the shipping.

Can I exchange my item?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item, you must return your item and place a new order.

How long will my refund take?

All refunds will be issued within fourteen days of approval and will be provided to you by the same method as payment.
